By accessing or using Nirantar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Nirantar ("we", "us", "our").
Nirantar is a web-based productivity application that helps you manage daily priorities, track habits, use focus timers, and reflect on your day. The Service is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA) accessible through modern web browsers.
The Service is provided on a "free" tier and a paid "Pro" tier. Features available in each tier may change over time.
Your data is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal productivity data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and browser. We are not liable for data loss resulting from browser data being cleared, device changes, or other local storage disruptions.
Nirantar Pro is available as a monthly subscription (₹49/month) or annual subscription (₹299/year). Payments are processed through Razorpay.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Razorpay's subscription management. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing cycle.
If you are unsatisfied with Nirantar Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests should be sent to our support email. Refunds for renewal payments are not available, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is permitted by law; using the Service to transmit malicious code; attempting to access other users' data or systems; or reselling the Service without written permission.
The Nirantar name, logo, design, and codebase are the intellectual property of Nirantar. Your productivity data remains entirely your property — we claim no ownership over any content you create within the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nirantar is a productivity tool and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Nirantar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where possible, notify users through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
